• You own a plot and want to Construct on it OR
• You have started construction and want to complete it OR
• You have a semi constructed house and want to add a floor

We facilitate construction financing up to 100% of Construction cost.

For managing the construction process & costs, we release the funds in up to 4 tranches

Your plot is your equity in such finance and need not worry about construction
