Head of Branch Network
Mr. Arshad brings with him 14 years of experience
with one of the largest Commercial Banks in
Pakistan. He is a Masters in Public Administration
and was working as a Regional Manager at
Lahore before joining Escorts Investment Bank
Limited. He possesses a broad understanding
of all areas of banking operations. His key focus
areas are Performance Management &
Customer Services.
Branch Network Operations
The Branch Network Operations Division is the financial hub of the
Bank where all the transactions, initiated by the different Front Offices
of the Branches, are recorded, accounted for and reconciled.
The Head of Branch Network is vested with the most important operational
responsibility i.e. to watch over all operational activities of the branches
and to ensure inter-branch coordination. He is instrumental in coordinating
the various activities of the various branches of the Bank to improve
transaction efficiencies and maximizing the synergies between them,
thus ensuring Goal Congruence.
