The Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) came into existence on 18th September 1947.
It was later converted and registered as a company limited by guarantee on 10th March 1949.

KSE is a key institution of the Capital Market of Pakistan. It has been declared as the "Best Performing Stock Market of the World for the Year 2002".

The website provides market updates, summaries, general and investor specific information about Pakistan, detail of listed companies and statistics, members' details and information about the exchange including MOA, AOA and general rules.
